Has anyone used TecSun brand of LVP in a rental?

I'm putting new LVP throughout my rental and was leaning towards using a LifeProof LVP from Home Depot. But my installer is recommending Tecsun Barrier Reef collection (it's one of the brands he sells). Both are 7mm overall thickness, waterproof, and has an antimicrobial underlayment.

LifeProof - 22 mil wear layer, lifetime warranty

Tecson - 20 mil wear layer , 50 year warranty

I've seen in the BP threads that many investors here seem to like LifeProof, but couldn't find anything on TecSun. Online I did see a 3 reviews on yelp indicating they had some issues with Tecsun honoring  the warranty. I'd prefer to go with a brand that my installer sells so that if I have an issue, I can go back to him vs. the flooring manufacturer. So I'm looking to see if anyone here has installed TecSun LVP.
