BRRRR or Fix & Flip Indianapolis

Sungyeol Park
Posted

Hello! I am looking to get into real estate investing in the US (as a Canadian) and have been looking at a few markets like Milwaukee and Chicago. I also would love to learn more about the market in Indianapolis. We are hoping to fix and flip or BRRRR or a mix of both strategies. We've spent the past year focused on researching market trends, reading books, and learning about REI in the US. We are now ready to jump in. Thoughts on Indianapolis? Would love to hear some personal experiences with people doing flips, from realtors in the area, or the BRRRR strategy there!

Thanks!!

Flipping properties remotely is not a viable strategy.
