I bought a SFH, but I'm not sure what to do next to continue scaling

As the title mentioned I recently purchased a 4 bed/2 bath SFH in Charlotte, North Carolina as my primary residence. My initial plan was to house hack. I'd rent out the other bed rooms, offset my living expenses, and save the added income until I'd have enough to rinse and repeat. Things have changed quite a bit though. I'm only renting one of the rooms currently, and decided against renting out the others for personal reasons. My original plan still works here, but the timeline is longer now. I have picture of the direction I want to move in, but the immediate next steps feel up in the air. I'm here looking for some guidance on what I should be doing now to position myself for that next deal.
