Road Blocks in Real Estate Investing if you are a Real Estate Agent?

Hey all,

Currently on Pace to become a Real Estate Agent by the end of next month. 

I've seen multiple posts and had multiple people tell me that their will be some issues when trying to become a real estate investor with a full time job as an agent. 

Can anybody with the knowledge or prior experience mention the issues that I will face? Are these issues navigable? Am I making a mistake? 

Very uninformed on the topic and I would love the input of the experienced professionals in this field. Thank you for your time
