Short-Term Investment Opportunity: Immediate $50K Needed, Strong Return

Posted

I’m looking to connect with a serious, private investor for a short-term opportunity in Cathedral City/Palm Springs, CA.

The situation: I need $50K immediately to stop a foreclosure on a residential property with significant equity (property value is well above current mortgage balance).

In exchange for funding the $50K, I’m offering a clear, competitive return upon the successful sale of the property within the next 90-120 days. I’m open to a flat return or structured interest, whichever is more attractive to the investor.

To protect the investor, I am prepared to formalize this through a professional loan agreement handled by escrow, with the option to record a lien on the property as security. Repayment will occur through escrow at closing, with the investor in first position to be repaid.

I am looking for a real, experienced investor who can move quickly and understands this type of opportunity. This is a clean, short-term secured investment — not a listing, not a wholesale deal, not a partnership offer.

If this is something you would seriously consider, please DM me, and I’ll be happy to share further details.
