What should I do next?
I am under contract for a 3.5 mil house that comes with 19 acres of, 1 acre deeded lots that a community can be built on. I need $435,000 for down payment. Im leveraging my house as collateral but im still short of the capital needed to get the deal closed. What else can I do to raise capital?
