How Do You Evaluate Performing Notes Before Buying?
I’ve been seeing more investors shift from rentals to note investing to reduce tenant headaches and still generate passive income.
Quick question for anyone here with experience:
💬 How do you evaluate whether a performing note is worth buying?
Is there a specific ROI you aim for? Or do you look more at the property, borrower, terms, etc.?
