New to Wholesaling in Iowa – Seeking Advice from Experienced Investors

Hi BP community –

I’m based in Iowa and just getting started in real estate wholesaling. I’ve been studying the process for a while and I’m finally ready to start taking action.

I’m not looking to pitch anything I’m just here to learn from people who’ve actually done this.

If you’ve successfully wholesaled in the Midwest (or even better, in Iowa), I’d really appreciate any insight or hard-earned lessons.

What mistakes should I avoid early on? What helped you get your first deal done?
