Looking to become a REA by 18
Hello BP community,
I have a little over a year until I'm 18 and I want to become a REA so that I can represent myself on wholesales and househacks throughout college. With that said, how challenging is the process to becoming a REA? I understand it takes a decent amount of time to study and prepare for the exam but I have plenty of time.
Does anyone have recommendations on courses they really liked and would recommend to someone else?
I haven't delved too deep into what a real estate agents work schedule would look like, I know you have to work under a broker but can you almost freelance it? My question is can you work on a deal during the school year on your own time or is that not possible?
Then for wholesale deals when I become a licensed real estate agent there would be no way I could get in trouble with the law or rules because I'm licensed, correct?
Thank you for any information I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to get started!
