Have you RENTED a property to an Residential Assisted Living (RAL) business?

Curious if anyone here has ever RENTED a property to a Residential Assisted Living (RAL) business?

If so - two questions:

(1) How the rental fee is typically structured—is it  double the standard market rent? I recall reading that somewhere...

(2) For those who have done this, how did you go about finding and connecting with a qualified RAL operator?
