Refinancing Investment Properties – Worth It or Not?

I’ve noticed more investors looking at refinancing lately, either to free up cash for their next deal or to improve loan terms. Some say it’s one of the best wealth-building moves, while others avoid it because of fees or new underwriting hurdles.
