Funding Options for Investors – What Has Worked for You?

Brandon Lee
Posted

Hey BP community,

I’ve been seeing a lot of investors lately struggling to get deals funded – especially with banks tightening up. I wanted to start a discussion here:

👉 What types of financing have you found most helpful for your projects? (Hard money, private money, partnerships, creative financing, etc.)

From my side, I’ve been connecting with different lenders and investors who specialize in fix & flips, rentals, and even multi-unit projects. Some even offer options like covering rehab or higher leverage, which can really help deals move forward.

Curious to hear from you all:

What’s been your best experience with alternative financing?

Any lessons learned when choosing a lender?

Looking forward to learning and sharing ideas together.
