Would it be better for me to do a joint venture deal with a partner, than branch out to making my own deals?

Korey, a JV can be a good way to start if you and your partner bring complementary strengths, but just be sure everything is clear in writing. Over time, doing your own deal helps you build confidence and systems, so many investors use JV as a stepping stone.
