Montgomery AL - Property Manager & Agent Recommendations (2025)

Hi Y'all,

I am an Out-of-State investor that is going to invest in a SFH in Montgomery Alabama (Under $200k, maybe multiple deals, Long Term Hold for Cashflow purposes). What recommendations do y'all have for a Property Manager & Agent? Also, do y'all recommend that your PM also be your agent (good/bad/doesn't matter - specifically for Montgomery AL)?

I know there are past posts on this, but all of them seem to be over 3 years old, so I am just wondering if there any new insights/developments (since COVID has changed the market for a lot of businesses)?
