Services/labor for a vacation??

I own a 4 plex 1 block to the beach in Destin Fl… I live in one unit and rent the other three out. I need some flooring installed, backsplash etc and was thinking that I could trade a beach vacation for labor. I would provide all supplies. Has anyone tried this to get work done? They are existing STRs so fully furnished…

Any advice on how to advertise this type of agreement to the right people? Or does this sound like a bad idea?

Thanks.
