Who’s Flipping Luxury Right Now? ($1.5M+ ARV)
We’re building out a small circle of investors who are focusing on luxury flips—$1.5M+ ARV projects where design really matters. Right now, we’re doing about 10 investor specific projects a year, and as we grow toward 30, we’re looking to connect with others doing similar deals.
Our lane is design and execution. We spend a lot of time making sure layouts, finishes, and details hit the level buyers expect in this price point. Happy to share what’s working on our end, swap ideas, or even just talk through the unique challenges of higher-end flips.
