Remote managing an RV park

Hello everyone,

I’m a newbie investor considering an RV park investment. It seems to be a hot topic lately, with internet gurus like Pace Morby and Heather Blankenship claiming that you can successfully manage an out-of-state RV park remotely by hiring a park operator, cleaning/maintenance staff, and leveraging software/AI for booking, marketing, and guest inquiries.

I’m wondering—how realistic is this in practice? Has anyone here done something similar?

I live in California, and from a price standpoint, other states look much more attractive for investing. Since I can’t relocate right now, I’m especially interested in learning more about remote management.

Thanks in advance for any insights!
