How’s Everyone Funding Their Fix & Flips?

Hey BP community, Seems like every investor I talk to has a different strategy lately, some are going all in on private or hard money for speed, others are mixing in DSCR or bridge loans once they stabilize a deal.

Between higher holding costs, tight margins, and shifting comps… finding the right funding partner feels just as important as finding the deal itself.

Curious, what’s been working best for you so far?
