New Investor Looking at Huntsville, AL - Lennar Homes & Market Insights Needed!

Hey BiggerPockets Community,

Lennar has been reaching out to for their Huntsville, Alabama homes as an investment property. I don't have any experience with the Huntsville market, and I'm hoping to tap into the collective wisdom here to get a better understanding of what investment might look like there in terms of Huntsville market overview, rental conditions and future outlook. 

Would community recommend to consider it?

US Space Command is permanently relocating there which is set to bring in 1500+ jobs to the area and subsequently increased housing demand. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss more. I know of some great new build options with hefty builder incentives that may be a good fit. Best of luck!
