Lennar has been reaching out to for their Huntsville, Alabama homes as an investment property. I don't have any experience with the Huntsville market, and I'm hoping to tap into the collective wisdom here to get a better understanding of what investment might look like there in terms of Huntsville market overview, rental conditions and future outlook.
