What does this mean?  I see it on here all the time.  Or, I guess, not what does it mean, but where does it come from?  Is it some sort of affirmation from a self-help program or something?  It pops up way to often (and usually with the exclamation points) for it to be just chance.

I think it could mean that there are so many people who want to get involved in real estate but mostly they are talkers and not doers.
