Hello,

I keep getting mixed answers and information regarding the requirements for a HELOC. I'm thinking about getting one on my primary residence to buy another investment home and I'm trying to figure out is credit based or just based on what your home is worth. What's your experience for those of you who have taken out a HELOC on a property ?
