Obtaining the address of an unmarked vacant property. (Lafayette, LA/ Baton Rouge, LA)

Ladies and Gents,

I have a vacant property that I am interested in, but it has no address identifier (i.e. no mailbox, house #, etc.). It does not have very many properties close to it's location that could be used to narrow in on the address either. What are some options I can pursue in order to obtain the address?

Thanks for the help!

@Nick Deshotels does your county have a GIS system? other than that I would just type in the street name and start searching the tax cards. Talking to neighbors may work too.
