Investing in a HomePath foreclosure

Hello, I'm new to this site but have been reading the posts for sometime now. I'm ready to invest  and flip a property that recently hit the market as a Homepath Firstlook foreclosure in Philadelphia, PA. And on 3/15 it will be open to investors to bid on it. So, I have a question about how to raise the funds. I'd like to make a cash offer close to the asking price of $165k. Is it possible to get an equity or collateral loan on a property that was willed to me and is free and clear of any debt to purchase the house.
