alright i get a big kick out of watching flip this house and the likes.... I hope someone can explain this...
1)why would anyone pay $500K for a 2 bedroom house?
2)how can the average joe afford those houses?
I just dont get it... i felt i got a steal paying $30k for my first rental.. but those idiots are paying half a million for my junker out on the left coast
