Owning/Renting Garages

I was wondering what members thought about owning/renting garages?

Here, in Baltimore you can get a small row of garages4-7 for about 5-20k depending on level of work needed and rent them anywhere from 65-100 depending on the area. It seems like a low maintenance idea, and you also would not have to be as leniant as you would with actual renters (I believe). Since its almost like a commercial type space.
