Hi BP,

I have been a BP member for a year now. I have learned so much at this platform for just a little bit money that I would have spent much more otherwise.

My purpose for this post is to let other members know as real estate broker, I got my first listing today because of bigger pockets.

This other investor (Bob) had found me on biggerpockets and after going back and forth for about 2 months, he gave me his property to list.
