So I just did an interview with Joe Fairless this week and through that I was reminded of how passionate I am about real estate investing. I love putting a deal together. I love compounding interest and I love revitalizing neighborhoods through REI. I'm curious what gets the hearts and minds of BPers racing? What rolls your socks up and down about real estate investing?
