Canadian RE Investor Looking for Contacts in SoCal!

Hey guys,

I am looking to invest in SoCal, more precisely in Orange County, in the next few months. Probably looking to buy a property that needs renovations (to pay a fair price), fixing it and renting it afterwards. The closer to the beach, the better (obviously, who would not want that :P). I will have other investors partnering up with me to make it happen. I will lead the project.

Any of you can provide me with some great contacts that could help me in this area? I need to learn how to invest in the USA as a foreign investor. Opening up a LLC? Taxes? Etc.
