Hi everyone Just wondering if anyone has had an experience with multi family unit in Southern California. Trying to do my research on areas suitable to buy rehab and hold. Thank you in advance. Boyd

Rehabbing to flip/sell here is one thing, but to hold onto it...you are likely going to find cash flow doesn't work down here. If that's what you are after. If you are after just appreciation, then maybe.
