My accountant recommended that I use quicken rental property manager. However I see many negative reviews on Amazon.  I only have 4 units now, but I am planning to acquire more properties.

  • What is your feedback on this Quicken?
  • What are the features I should be looking while comparing software?
  • What software would you recommend?

Take a look at Pendo Rent. I like this so far. And, it is free!
