Maybe someone can help here are the details:

Hi. My nname is Dee Scully. I bought a sfh in Atlanta, Ga. the address is 967 Natham Dr, Atlanta, Ga 30315 (Rebel Forest subdivision) off Forest Park..near Jonesboro Rd, Moreland, Constitution..The house was rehabbed 98% and in the last mos was broken into. The police are awful there..no help. They broke some windows (Pella, by the way) and punched a hole in the wall Iinside) But it has new roof, HVAC, gas hotwater heater, etch. About $35Kwas put into it. It has appriasal of $135K I owe hard money lender $92K. I just want a few grand to walk away. I have to sell asap. its a true hardship situation and very stressful I live ih Fla and have a new job.

The info on the house..Single family, Rebel Forest subdiv. , 967 Natham Dr, Atlanta, Ga 30315, rehabbed 97%...but has recently been broken into. neighborhood teens and cops are no where They broke windows..and punched a hole in walls. I have no contrtol over it..am busy, work full, full time aqnd live in Fla. and have no one to help. I have a hard money loan..and owe $92K..I have comps..appraisal froj July of $135K. Can you help?
