What strategies should I use?

I was walking around a neighborhoodneighborhood in my city

Not a bad one. Nice enough to live comfortably.

But i saw many houses that are vacant and that need complete renovation in and out.

What are some strategies I could use to profit from these with no money.

Any of the three main strategies could potentially be done on these,

• Wholesale
• Renovate and flip
• renovate and hold as a rental
