Property Manager Seeking a Broker

Hi all!

I am currently a Property Manager in the multifamily market in Memphis. In January, I will be transitioning to a Residential Property Manager for a new property management company. I am in the process of getting my Real Estate Affiliate Broker license, but I am searching for a Broker who would be willing to take me on. Any leads would be great!

If the real estate laws in Tennessee are similar to most other states, the property management company will have its own brokers license and you should hang your license there.
