I have heard multiple times that to limit liability when wholesaling that it's best to put it underneath your LLC? Why is that when searching for cash buyers in my area I see multiple properties with one LLC or multiple properties under one natural name ex. Joe Smoe? Is it necessary and/or beneficial to have a LLC especially when starring out?
It does help keep you covered, some people stick with one LLC its all personal preference and how much risk you want to take.
