Hello! We are currently wholesalers in Oklahoma. We are interested in moving to either New Mexico or Colorado and are beginning to research out the markets in both states between Albuquerque and Fort Collins. We would be interested in wholesaling and rentals with an occasional rehab. We don't have a barometer for the real estate market in either place and we were wanting to ask you all. We will likely be taking trips to both areas this year and would love to go to any meet ups or REIAS. Thank you for your thoughts!

@Andrea Tapp I don't think for a wholesaler that a hot or cold market matters. What your deal looks like changes but you just have to know what a deal is in either market. Personally it is no brainer between Ft Collins and NM. I have a friend and a relative that live in the Albuquerque area and have known several folks that have lived in Ft Collins. Ft Collins wins hands down each and every day.
