Rent or Own?
Do you rent or own where you live and why?
What pros and cons for each and does the current market and economy influence your decision?
Just looking for some opinions!

@Nolan Merrill, I own because I live in a 4-unit property, living in one and renting out the other tree. Because the tenants cover my mortgage, I basically live for free, which would not be the case if I were renting.
