Real Estate Agent/ Investor Newbie
Hi, I am a newbie at Real Estate in general. I currently got my real estate license in Texas and also interested in the investing side of real estate. I wanted to know if I can wholesale properties with the TREC forms??? I have been asking around with other agents and they seem to give me the run around. If any one on here can please give me some advise of what to do and what NOT to do??? It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! - Cynthia.
