Contract Advise
I am a real estate investor/developer based in Boston MA. I am bringing on investors for the first time for my next project and I am wondering if anyone has advise/examples of what a contract should include for an investment in a condo conversion project. I have my attorney who speciailizes in real estate law putting it together for me but thought it would be good to hear from others.
