Hi everyone I'm a new investor in Las Vegas over the past month I've been reading blogs and listening to as many podcast as possible. BP has really been great for me I'm learning so much. I'm trying to keep the momentum going making short goals and knocking them out as I keep learning. I eventually want to buy and hold properties but to start out I wanted to try to gain experience with locating properties for other REI. So if anyone in the Las Vegas area needs help searching for deals I'd like to help.
