So I have been trying to market my properties via corner signs, craigslist, website and that's it.  I have not done any real foot work.   So I am seeking cash buyers that purchase properties in the Triad Area of NC ( Greensboro, High Point, Archdale, Winston Salem ) so that I may market my properties to them and add them to my buyers list. Both of my properties are being offered at $.50 on the $1.00 and they are located in Greensboro and Archdale. So if you are looking for a 5/2 in Archdale or a 4/1 in Greensboro and would like to be added to my buyers list, please reach out.  Thanks.

Oscar Lopez, you need to build a buyers list by going to where cash buyers hang out together every week, auctions! Go to the courthouses in your areas and find out when the next foreclosure auctions are being held so you can arrive there early and meet the cash buyers and show them your properties.Have your homework done completely before even attempting to speak to them. They want to know as much as possible immediately on your first encounter like How old the house is,when was the roof repaired or replaced the last time, the extent of the current damages, the latest comps and ARV of the home, your estimated rehab costs, etc.
