Hello my name is Darrell
I am from Merced California I am looking for advise. I have always wanted to get rental/income property but now have financial issues. I have about a 720 credit score but like everyone here, debt to income ratio is out of wack. I have no capital but am very handy and would like to buy a forclosed 4 plex than needs work. The work to maintain and repair is not the problem the financing is I would like to get a start but do not know how or what formulas to use to figure out if the unit with have any profit at all. I am not looking to get rich quick but would like to have a self sustainable investment that will give potental for growth and income.
