Hello BP,

Me and some family and friends would love to start flipping and we are wondering if anyone here has any HARD MONEY LENDERS they could recommend to us in Massachusetts or in surrounding states. If possible leave a comment with a suggestion and also experience you had with HML company.

    I have referred Ann Bellamy who is a hard money lender from Tyngsboro Mass, I don't have her phone number, she's my LinkedIn friend and FB.  She's part of the Black Diamonds RE networking. You can google her as well. Good luck, if you have trouble finding her PM me I go to the networking events once a month.
