Hottest RE locations with a positive foreseeable future

Hey everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this post, much appreciated. Heres a scenario - say I was hypothetically looking to invest in a nice, large (50 apartment+) apartment building with the hopes to sell in the near future (within 5 years) for a handsome roi.
