Questions about a real estate company in Gainesville fl

So I haven't posted any questions on BP in awhile because al up until now things were going as I expected but now I have question for people who has lived or live in Gainesville,Florida. What is your take on Keller Williams team Dynamo? They had a great presentation but they seem to do so much volume that they forget about things and people sometimes in my opinion, what's yours?
