Hi BP. I am going to be in the DMV - D.C. , Virginia , Maryland area for the next 2 weeks (11 - 25) with work and I have a lot of spare time during the day. I would love to help someone who could use a hand for free. Maybe a Flipper or a Wholesaler or anyone that I could learn from in relation to REI. Also if anyone has recommendations for Local REIA meetings. I will be staying in Arlington, VA. Thanks.
