Hey bigger pocket Fam, I was wondering is it possible to have two FHA loans out at the same time?

I purchase my first Multi-Fam property with FHA Loan 3.5% down and now about year later trying to purchase an second duplex but this time a foreclosure using a FHA 203k loan.. Any suggestion or advice
