Help - Proof Of Funds Letter - Hard Money

Hey Family,

I've found a home that has potential. Looking for proof of funds letter to get into contract. Goal is to get to inspection to see exactly how much we are looking at in repairs. ARV is 2.1M. Where can I go to get POF letter without having a hard pull on my credit ?
