Downtown Chattanooga Market
I've been reading that downtown Chattanooga has been a pretty good market for investors lately andI'm wondering if there are any investors in that area that could tell me if there is anything the City or State is doing to make it a fix and flip-friendly market. I know there have been redevelopment efforts through the City's master plan but I would like to know if there are any policies/ordinances/legislation that make the City easier to flip in.
