Few weeks ago a fire broke out in Shasta lake city not to big but to where it's very noticeable in somewhat good neighborhood. It took out one house from what I can see and the house I'm talking about has fire damage on the sides of it pretty bad. They have a big trash bin outside and starting to throw away some things/ belongings. I know you can get houses for dirt cheap with fire damage but the outside looks awful. But then again also looks like cal fire is cleaning it all up and cutting down the Burnt trees all the way to the road line. Would this be something I should take a look at and wholesale or do I follow my gut and just say no one is gonna want to buy a house with the outside looking like this.

Is it even for sale? Flippers who know what they're doing would be all over these.

The emphasis is on the "who KNOW what the're doing". So the Wholesaler who is trying to "sell" it to them had better KNOW what they're doing too! Not for novices, I suggest...
